Yes! Upload a group photo and we'll turn each person into their own paintable character. Pricing starts at €29 for one character, €39 for two, and €8 for each additional character. Up to 8 characters per order.

All our figurines are 3D printed from premium PLA. Classic and Cartoon styles use a 0.4mm nozzle for a smooth, durable finish. The Realistic style uses a 0.2mm nozzle for finer detail. All figurines are up to 15cm tall.

After you submit your order, our team crafts your Paintable Moments kit within 3 business days. Shipping typically takes another 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your kit ships.

Not at all! Each kit comes with an easy-to-follow guide with tips for beginners. The paints are pre-mixed to match your photo, so you just follow the numbered sections. It's designed to be fun and relaxing for everyone.

Absolutely! Every kit arrives in beautiful gift-ready packaging. You can also add a personalized message during checkout. It's the perfect unique gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.

A clear, well-lit photo where faces and outfits are visible works best. We can work with most photos — selfies, group shots, or even pet pictures. Our team will reach out if we need a better image.

You can cancel or modify your order free of charge as long as production hasn't started yet. Once your kit is in production, we can no longer make changes since each piece is custom-made for you. If your kit arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement.

We want you to love your kit. If the 3D model doesn't match your expectations, we'll revise it for free before production. If there's any issue with the final product, contact us and we'll make it right.
